Henry is an experienced influencer with a passion for the outdoors and a track record in support quality provision for children and young people.

As Professional Development Manager, Henry supports quality, business development and leadership of Willow Den, Inspiring Scotland’s Outdoor Nursery subsidiary. Henry also leads on the expansion of Thrive Outdoors’ Professional Development offering for the wider outdoor play and learning sector.

Favourite place to explore outdoors: My favourite outdoor place is a patch of regenerated woodland just out the back of the house.  A few years ago my favourite place was a precious ancient woodland in a nature reserve some distance from where I stay.  But my local bit of ‘scrub’, a neglected industrial site that has naturally regenerated since the mining stopped, has grown on me.
